This Privacy Policy explains how PDF Reader handles user information. PDF Reader is developed by DevelopMoon. The app is designed to allow users to open, read, and manage PDF files locally on their Android device.
PDF Reader does not collect, store, or share personal information.
The app does not require users to create an account, log in, or provide personal details such as name, email address, phone number, location, or contacts.
PDF Reader allows users to select and open PDF files from their device.
All PDF files selected by the user remain on the user’s device. The app does not upload PDF files to any server. The app does not access, read, or share PDF files without the user’s action.
If the app shows recent PDF files, this information is stored locally on the user’s device only, in order to help the user reopen previously selected files.
The app may ask the user to choose a PDF file using the Android file picker.
This access is used only to open and display the selected PDF file. The app does not scan all files on the device and does not collect file contents.
If the user chooses to share a PDF file, the app uses the Android system share function. The user decides which app or service will receive the file.
PDF Reader does not control how other apps handle shared files.
PDF Reader does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking tools, or cloud services in this version.
PDF Reader does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
Since the app works locally on the user’s device and does not upload files or personal information to external servers, user documents remain under the user’s control.
Users should still protect their device with a password, PIN, fingerprint, or other security method.
PDF Reader is not directed specifically to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
