This Privacy Policy explains how PDF Reader handles user information. PDF Reader is developed by DevelopMoon. The app is designed to allow users to open, read, and manage PDF files locally on their Android device.
PDF Reader itself does not require users to create an account, log in, or provide personal information such as their name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location.
However, PDF Reader uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google Mobile Ads services may automatically collect and process certain information from the user's device for advertising, analytics, measurement, security, and fraud-prevention purposes.

PDF Reader allows users to select and open PDF files from their device.
PDF documents selected by the user remain on the user's device. PDF Reader does not upload the contents of PDF files to our servers for advertising purposes or document processing.
The app does not send the contents of PDF documents to Google AdMob.
If the app displays recent PDF files, information required for this feature is stored locally on the user's device to help the user reopen previously selected documents.
PDF Reader may ask the user to select a PDF file using the Android system file picker.
File access is used only to provide the application's document-reading and management functionality.
PDF Reader does not automatically upload selected PDF files to an external server.
If the user chooses to share a PDF file, PDF Reader uses the Android system sharing functionality.
The user chooses which application or service receives the selected file. PDF Reader does not control the privacy practices of third-party applications or services selected by the user.
PDF Reader displays advertisements using Google AdMob, a service provided by Google.
AdMob may use device information, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, app interactions, diagnostic information, and other advertising-related information to provide, measure, personalize, and protect advertisements.
Depending on the user's location, privacy choices, consent status, and applicable laws, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Google may process information according to its own privacy policies and advertising policies.
PDF Reader uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK, which may access the Android Advertising ID when it is available on the user's device.
The Advertising ID may be used for purposes such as advertising, advertising measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention.
Users can manage, reset, or delete their Advertising ID through their Android device privacy settings where supported.
PDF Reader uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising consent and privacy choices where required by applicable laws and regulations.
Depending on the user's region, the app may display a consent message before requesting advertisements.
Users may be able to choose whether certain advertising purposes, including personalized advertising, are permitted.
Where required, users can access advertising privacy choices again through the privacy options provided within the application.

DevelopMoon does not sell users' PDF documents or personal information.

The contents of PDF documents opened with PDF Reader are not shared with Google AdMob for advertising purposes.
PDF files opened using PDF Reader remain locally on the user's device unless the user explicitly chooses to share them using another application or service.
Information transmitted by third-party advertising services is handled according to the security practices of those services.
Users should also protect their devices using available security methods, such as a password, PIN, fingerprint, or other device protection mechanism.
PDF Reader is not specifically directed toward children.
DevelopMoon does not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children through PDF Reader.
Advertising services used by the application may process information according to their own policies and applicable legal requirements.
